Head of Operation & Maintenance

The candidate should be technically qualified and must have over 5 years of hands-on relevant experience in :
Injection Moulding M/c- Maintenance & Production
Operation, Trouble Shooting, Mold Changge Over and Mould & Hotrunner Maintenance
Operation & Maintenance Of Dryer, Dehumidifier Chiller, Air Compressor & Cooling Pumps
Production of Pet Preform & Closures
Core, Core Plate, Cavity, Cavity Plate, Gate Pad, Neck Ring & Lock Ring Changing & Servicing
Mould Hot Runner Servicing, Nozzle Tip Insulator Changing, Nozzle Tip Changing and Valve Gate Alignment
Other Skills:
Background in plant maintenance/Erection & Commissioning in Plastic process industry/System house will be added advantage
Thorough knowledge of servicing, installation/commissioning and maintenance of capital machinery
Knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems is essential
Background in plant maintenance/Erection & Commissioning Plastic process industry
Knowledge of computers is a must.
